Happy Friday! Hey guys! I hope you had a great week and that you were able to make some progress on your goals and feel good about your January so far! I’ve been running non-stop this week and am proud to be ending the first full week the new year with a new blog post, a new podcast episode, and even a new product launch. With so many, many balls in the air right now it’s been so hard to be consistent at ANYTHING. And last I remember I shared with you all that my goal this is is to be consistent at ALL THE THINGS. But it’s a work in progress and so am I. I got this. Podcast is up. And Snow Leopard is HERE! And I’m thrilled to finally be able to share it.These earrings are going to be a new staple for me and as you can see, style well now and will continue to wear right into Spring.

Today I’ve styled the Snow Leopard Teardrop in size large with a mint/blue sweatshirt and jeans and white booties (super affordable BTW) but they also go so well with gray, white, mint, pink, blush, and anything cool toned. This leather is the same as our Spotted Leopard- it just has a cool, gray undertone. It also comes in a Disc Statement option AND a Thin Cuff!
And since it’s Friday- what else is new?
Well, something else we’ve been busy with and I’m really proud of is that our family has been stretching and stepping outside of our comfort zones lately in several ways. If you follow us on social you have seen that we recently added a puppy to our family! We have been immersed in what it takes to take care of a dog and that has been stretching not only Soren and I, but Easton and Kesler too. It’s so hard but so good too. Someone has to take the dog out often and play with him and clean up after him and it’s constant. They love him and they do not love the never ending nature of taking care of him. But so far it’s really going great. I’m sure we’ll have lots more to share there!
We also signed four of the five boys up for karate this week. This has been their dream for years and this week we finally found a studio that fit with our family. They are all excited but each of our boys is very different so I’m interested to see how this new activity pushes each kiddo in different ways. Will report more later!
These might seem like simple things, but I love finding ways that I can help my family and my kids push themselves out of their comfort zones too. They are totally up to the challenge!
Today’s podcast episode is a look back at 2019 with Soren at the Top 10 Things we accomplished last year. We had a lot of fun reminiscing and talking through the things we got done last year together and the stories that went with those projects. Between moving Nickel & Suede into our new HQ to Rush’s cleft surgery to getting a puppy- 2019 was one for the books! You can always tune in on Apple podcasts app, Spotify or Stitcher– plus we record them and upload them to YouTube so you can tune in there as well.
That’s all for now. You can always see Daily Outfits here and keep up to date on Instagram or Stories on a daily basis. Have a great Friday!
