WIWW-Polka Dots, Tigers, and Ombre

I stole this t-shirt from Soren last week and sized it down into a maternity tee for myself. I am in LOVE with how it turned out- especially since I have always been envious of his shirt! I have a tutorial coming next week with a how-to. This was probably my favorite outfit so far this year and where did I strut by stuff in it? Oh, just Wal-Mart. Boo. Thank you for allowing me somewhere else to share it!

I have had this polka dot sweater on my wish list for months- ever since it became the ‘it’ sweater of 2012. I snatched it up from fellow blogger Sophie over at The Forge and was thrilled to find I can still wear it comfortably at 24 weeks. I am in love with the mocha/black combo and adding a pop of mint. Leopard flats don’t hurt either.

In other news, I decided to dye my hair this week. I have an appointment with my stylist next week so I knew she could save me if I botched it. It needed something new so I started with the roots. I was hoping I could just add some darker color to my roots and use my old highlights to create an ombre look. It turned out fine, but a little too subtle. I threw some bleach on the ends and I think I am digging it. It was a little harsh in these shots, but since washing it a few times it has calmed down a bit. It is growing on me, but we’ll see what my stylist has to say.

Also if you follow me on Instagram you saw that last week my two year old cut holes in my newest pair of maternity jeans. These would be the ones. I patched them up and am pretty happy with the changes. I have a post about patching them in the works. You know I love patches so maybe he thought he was doing me a favor.

 Have a wonderful wardrobe week!

I love the tiger top! You're going to make me give everything on my husband's side of the closet a second look! And you've also made me want to pull out all my fedoras. I have quite the collection, but my hair has gotten so big that it takes some serious maneuvering to make them fit.
